About Me

My office is located in the Bastrop branch office of Stanberry Realtors, but I have a home office in Fayetteville which allows me to work the area I lovingly call the “ in-between” between Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. I am a Career Realtor with over 20 years experience.  I have been licensed in Arizona, Colorado, and here in Texas since 2005. I am a horsewoman and I have raised quality Paint horses for many years.  My husband and I enjoy kayaking, antiquing, watching sprint car races together.

Use a specialist to Sell!

As  a Sellers Agent, I market your listing making sure to advertise components which are important to Buyers! I have sold lots, farms, ranches, new homes, horse properties from small ranchettes to world-renowned training facilities, historic and vintage, green/eco-friendly homes, and everything in between. Call me to set an appointment to learn how I can get your property SOLD for you in a timely fashion!

Use a Buyers Agent when you Buy!

As a Buyer’s Agent, I take the time to help determine what my Buyer’s specific needs are. I cross reference those needs to properties currently on the market to find just the right property for my Buying Clients! And generally as a standard of practice in this area my fees for services as a Buyer’s Agent are paid by the Seller on a successful close of escrow!

“In between” Austin, Houston, and San Antonio

The area " in between " Austin, Houston, and San Antonio is a favorite for people looking for country properties. The counties in between these vibrant cities in Texas offer lots of great choices for people looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Austin, people looking for a little relief from the summer humidity in the Houston area.

Many Buyers are targeting counties outside of the big Metro areas as the prices have increased in Austin, Houston, and San Antonio as Texas has become a more and more popular state to move to.

There are wonderful towns and cities surrounded by smaller acreage properties ( 10-50 acres ) that are popular for second homes, getaway properties, vacation properties. Larger tracts of land are in demand for private exotic animal ranches, cattle ranches, vineyards, organic farms, and hunting leases. There are always people looking for horse properties large and small for private use or as professional facilities.

As a Career Realtor, my focus has been to help people realize their real estate goals be it buying or selling country properties. If you are looking to Buy or Sell property in  Austin County, Bastrop County, Caldwell County, Colorado County, Fayette County, Gonzales County, Lee County, and Washington County please contact me, I would love to help you!
